Local Squawk reserves the right to add or delete any posting that is submitted.
Any breach of this agreement by the user may have the user's posting deleted.

email address may also be blocked from posting any future content on the Local Squawk site.

In the event of a serious illegal posting such as child porn, death threats, terrorist threats etc.
Local Squawk may contact local, state or federal law enforcement officials
And notify them of such illegal activity and turn over the information of the suspected user.

1) No content that may conflict with local, state, or Federal laws may be posted.
Example if there are certain laws in one state banning certain types of porn
Content of such matter may not be posted. It is up to the individual user to know such
Laws in your state or jurisdiction.

2)No threats of harm or death to anyone may be posted. Also no inciting of riots, insurgency,
or threats to harm public or private property may be posted.

3) No use of harassment or bullying may be posted.

4) No Spamming is allowed.

5) Any adult content must be of those over 18years of age. No under age sexual content may be submitted.

6) No advertisements or sale of illegal narcotics may be posted on Local Squawk.

7) Those posting their music online must not be posting any cover songs or copyrighted material of other artist unless.
It is licensed from the original artist. This also means that cover bands may not
be invited to post online, whether or not they are indeed licensed by the original artists. The Site
encourages local artists with their original material to post online for others to listen to.

8) Even if under public domain the poster should be discouraged from posting material that is not theirs.
